Can I pay with a purchase order?

Yes! Gameplan gladly accepts Purchase Orders from schools and districts. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Request a Quote

    1. Contact us to receive a formal quote with detailed pricing and licensing information tailored to your needs.

  2. Submit Your Purchase Order

    1. Send us your Purchase Order referencing the quote you received.

  3. Activation & Onboarding

    1. Once we receive your PO, our Customer Success team will promptly activate your license and schedule onboarding sessions with your staff.

  4. Invoicing & Payment

    1. We will issue an invoice aligned with your PO. Payment can be made via check or ACH, with standard net 30 terms (unless your district requires different terms).

If your district requires vendor registration forms or has an approval process, don’t worry — our team is happy to assist you every step of the way.
