Enhancing Content with AI

AI has quickly become a tool we all use daily to get inspiration and save time. Now you can use AI to aid you directly on Gameplan. You can click on “Improve, shorten, or simplify” to get suggestions on how you can improve your text. This feature is not available for students.

Grading Updates

Added a new status in grading: “Open for revision.” This is for students that have passed an assignment but still can improve if they wish to.

User Experience Updates

• It is now possible to delete events in the scheduler by clicking the “delete” keyboard key on Windows. Earlier, it was only possible to delete with the backspace key.

• When inviting users, the modal will now automatically close so that users can keep going with what they need to do more quicker!

• Improvements to the volume control in the video review - Mute on click, hover to change, and accessibility improvements with keyboard support.

• Improvements to font sizes in rich text to make it easier to distinguish between titles and body text.

Bug Fixes and Small Updates

• Fixed a bug where it wasn’t possible to click the text in input fields when editing in a Firefox browser

• Fixed a bug where you couldn’t navigate to the staff or students pages from the menu if you were in organization settings.

• Fixed a bug where pausing in video reviews was triggering at the wrong time. When adding new video review annotations, it now pauses the video and expands your annotation automatically.

• Added the “change role” button to staff users.
